What are the effects of psilocybin on mental health?

In recent years, scientific research has taken a growing interest in the effects of magic mushrooms on mental health. Several studies have already explored its potential impact on:

The action of the molecule leads to chemical changes in the nervous system (serotonin). It can induce a sense of lasting well-being by working on the unconscious, fear, and emotional patterns. Over time, psilocybin may well become a sought-after tool for personal development.

A Multidisciplinary Approach

Psilocybin Sessions

Depending on the chosen programme (3 or 5 days), we offer one or two psilocybin sessions — and as many psychedelic experiences. In both cases, the aim is to embark on an introspective journey, lying down in a spacious room filled with inspiring music. Each trip lasts 5 to 6 hours and can bring vivid, energising or deeply revealing sensations. To help ease difficult emotions, our approach relies on a caring and approachable team.

Workshops to Explore the Edges of Consciousness

By nature, we don’t all find it equally easy to relax — and stay relaxed. Some of us carry inner resistances that can make it hard to enter a meditative or trance-like state. For our team, the goal is to gently prepare the mind to receive an altered state of consciousness and make the most of it over time.

We’ve explored powerful and innovative methods. Our intention is to help you discover something new — something that inspires and supports you. Depending on the date, workshops such as yoga, sound baths, journaling or art therapy are offered to enhance your preparation.

Breathwork

As the days unfold, guided breathing supports you in accessing expanded states of awareness. The intense breathwork we practise here brings the body into a deep rhythm — awakening unexpected areas of the mind. This breath-led journey builds bridges between neural pathways, encouraging an intimate dialogue between different parts of the brain. It serves as a powerful primer for the effects of magic mushrooms. Without the use of substances, the breath itself becomes a guide, a key to greater clarity and insight.

Everyone at Their Own Pace

We’ve all been there… Arriving in a new place with complete strangers can feel daunting! That’s why, when you arrive, we begin with a light-hearted hour of group games to help everyone find their place.

Whether you’re introverted or outgoing, you’re free to open up in your own way. The journey starts gently, with a welcome circle and an introductory workshop to get to know each other. Nothing too intense — but it’s already a meaningful first step!
